During this presentation, Julia Petersen, MA, and Laura T Petersen, MA, will share their personal experiences of being hearing and deaf siblings and their journeys in strengthening their intersectional identities. Additionally, they will cover developmental milestones, language deprivation, and Maslow’s Hierarchy’s implications for DHH students.
